My November Playlist

Hey Guys! I want to start off by saying THANK YOU FOR OVER 1K VIEWS!! I hope you all had a fun and safe Thanksgiving!! We have finally made it to December and 31 days till 2021. I hope next year will be better and we all can see each other again! This month was a long one for me, but my playlist helped me get through it. This month my selection of music was a mix of old and new music! Let us jump right in!

Throwbacks

I recently redownloaded Spotify on my phone and I rediscovered some songs I haven't listen to in years! I hope they bring you nostalgia as well!

Yo (Excuse Me Miss) by Chris Brown; This song brings me back to awkward middle school dances and MTV music videos on Saturday mornings.

The next throwback that I've been listening to is two songs from Big Sean's album I Decided. They are "Bounce back" and "Moves" These two songs are definitely songs you should add to your pregaming playlist!

The other day "Novacane" by Frank Ocean popped on my playlist while I driving. It brought back the memory of my best friend and I jamming to that song in her living room; We had no clue what the song was about at the time and it made me laugh.

One of my ABSOLUTE favorite songs I totally forgot about is "Sunday Candy" by Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment Ft. Chance the Rapper. It's a soulful song that takes me back to my old bedroom trying to harmonize with the choir.

Girl Power

This year let alone this month has been a female take over for the music industry. I am so proud of all the gains females have been producing with their music and using their social platforms to raise other females up!

"Cancelled" by Kiana is one of my current favorites. The whole album is amazing but this song is my personal favorite! The song is about a girl who has been in a toxic relationship and lost her self worth. If anyone is going through a difficult breakup or has found themselves in this type of relationship you should definitely listen to this song!

Last month I talked about Twice's new album "Eyes Wide Open" and I have listened to it over 100 times and there are 2 songs I am complete obsessed with two of their songs, "Hell in heaven" and "I can't stop me" ( they also released an English version of I can't stop me yesterday). Both are love songs about not so great relationships!

Megan thee Stallion never disappoints and with her new album "Good News" I had a hard time picking two songs to share because I love all of them so much! The whole thing is FIRE!! it makes you wanna get up and twerk all night! the song "Body" is a trending challenge on TikTok right now!

Slow Jams

When you get tired of all the dancing and booty shaking the songs above have you doing these are some good songs to slow it down and get you in your feelings.

"Come Thur" By Summer Walker Ft. Usher. This song is a female version of Usher's 1997 You
Make Me Wanna song. It is a really amazing collab!

Another great current R&B song I'm totally obsessed with is Jacquees Ft. Tory Lanez "Risk it All". The song gives off late 90's R&B vibes, but with 2020 lyrical spins. This song will definitely have you in your feelings.

Last but certainly not least is my top repeat song of the month, Ariana Grande and Doja Cat's "Motive" song. This song is the perfect mix of sexy and cuddly. I think I listen to this song 15 times a day. It fits right in with anyone's playlist.

I hope you all have an amazing week I'll be back on Friday! If you have any requests for artists or topics comment below!! Remember to be nice to one another and stay safe!
